Wednesday, August 13   Noon - 4 PM   Juggler  ~ Children's Old-fashioned Games with prizes: Bean Bag Toss, Sack Races, Hoop Rolling, Red Rover, and more ~ Make a Corn Husk Dolly or Work on an 18th-Century Pocket ~ Hand-milking of Cow ~ Pony Cart Rides ~ Food: Hamburgers/Hot Dogs, Ice Cream made by Amishman, Samuel Yoder with Hit & Miss Engine ~ Porch-side demonstrations of Beanshelling, Butter, Soap, and Noodle making, Carding and Spinning, Treadle Sewing Machine Work, Clothes Washing the Colonial way ~ Tours of 1793 Original Kitchen ~ Animal Exhibits: Heritage Turkeys, Piglets, Goats, Chickens, Peeps ~ Participate in an 18th-Century Rope Walk  ~ See Apron Memories, an exhibit about Grandma’s and Grandpa’s aprons  no fee 

Thursday, August 14  6 PM   “Whatever Did They Wear?” a Narrated 18th-Century Fashion Show with period music and light refreshment at the Dale/Engle/Walker farm house.  Bring your own lawn chair    no fee

Friday, August 15  6 PM   Wagon ride from the Dale/Engle/Walker property to the 19th-century Grove’s Mill for a tour of the mill which operates with a horizontal water turbine  paid reservations required in advance 524-8666
